Paco Underhill is one of the era's foremost shopping anthropologists, and the founding president of Envirosell, the New York-based behavioral research and consultancy firm focused on commercial environments. His first book, Why We Buy: The Science of Shopping was an internationally recognized bestseller and has been published in 27 languages. Call of the Mall: The Geography of Shopping was released in 2004. His newest book, What Women Want, focuses on how the changing status of women affects the physical world we live in. Underhill's columns and editorials have appeared in The New York Times, Money Magazine and The Wall Street Journal, among others. He is an expert on global consumer trends, and tailors his presentations to the specific needs of his clients. Underhill's company, Envirosell, is a testing agency for Fortune 500 banks, stores, restaurant chains, and consumer product companies. Underhill has more than 20 years of experience in research and consulting.

Amnon brings 30 years of programming and management experience in software development, with 14 years as Director of R&D at DELOITTE. Amnon was an investor and board member at Logicube, a world leader in Hard Drive Duplication and Forensic Imaging Hardware. Amnon holds a M.S. in Computer Science from California State Univeristy Northridge and lives in Tarzana, California.

In his last position, Mr. Eisenberg served as the CEO of Wavion Ltd. a Metro WiFi company, from November 2004 to January 2007. Before joining Wavion, Mr. Eisenberg served as the CEO of Microsense Ltd., a medical device company. From June 1994 to August 2001, Mr. Eisenberg has served as the CEO (and from 2000 as Chairman as well) of Optibase Ltd. – a video networking company. In his term, Optibase grew in sales from $8.4 M to ~$31M, was world renowned for its digital video equipment and has successfully completed two public offerings (in NASDAQ) raising altogether ~$ 88 M. Before joining Optibase, Mr. Eisenberg served as a Group Vice President with Elbit Ltd, managing a division with four companies in various technological areas.

Mr. Eisenberg is a retired Colonel of the Israeli Defense Forces, having flown for 20 years in the Israeli Air Force as a fighter pilot. During his service, he did two terms as a squadron commander and held a senior position in IAF headquarters.

Mr. Eisenberg holds a BSc degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion, Israel and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
